Love is like a black hole: the more you approach it, the more mysterious it gets; also when you approach the event horizon (bases 1, 2, and 3 for you 'mericans), the "tidal forces" make you do things you wouldn't normally bother to. There is one difference, tho: when you have passed the event horizon ("consummated" the relationship), it's all downhill from then on (in a real black hole you wouldn't know which way is down or up). Or you pop into another universe (phase of the relationship) altogether. :)
So enjoy you all-consuming love. No, really. It's a wonderful feeling and we all act subjective about it.
@caffeinejunky: I used to love math so much that you could say I was in love with it. Not so anymore cos I seem to have the Homer Simpson syndrome: getting dumber every year.
